v  State parties should eliminate all form of discrimination against women and to supervise equal opportunity in education and training

v  Eliminate all stereotypes in textbooks, syllabus and the media that perpetuate such discrimination

v  To protect women from sexual harassment

v  Provide accesses to counseling and rehabilitation services to women who suffer abuses and sexual harassment

v  Promote literacy among the women

v  To promote educational training in all level from lower to university

v  To promote enrollment and retention of girls in schools and other training

v  Economic and social welfare rights

v  Promote equality of access employments

v  To promote equal remuneration for job of equal value for women and men

v  Generate women freedom of choice occupation

v  To ensure transparency in recurrent and promotion and to combat and punish sexual harassments in the work place

v  Create conducive environments for protection and social insurance for women working in both government and private sectors

v  Introduce the minimum age for work and to prohibit the employment for child below the 18 age  and to punish all form of exploitation of children especially the child-girl

v  To take necessary measure for economic of women who work at home

v  To guarantees adequate and paid pre- and post natal maternity leave in both private and public sectors

v  Ensure equally application of taxation law to women and men

v  Promote women salary, promotion, allowance   for both private and government sector
