Health and reproductive right

v  State and parties should ensure right of reproductive health for women as

v  The right to control their fertility

v  The right to decided how many child she wants

v  The right to choose any mother of contraception

v  Self right to protection against epidemic diseases like HIV

v  Right to have a family planning education

v  State parties should give equal and appropriate of health services for women

Food and security

·         State parties should ensure access to clean drinking water and nutritional foods  for women

v  Women shall have a rights to live in positively cultural context and to appropriate at all level in the determination of cultural policies

Right of healthily and sustainable environment

v  State and parties shall ensure great participation of women in the planning management and preservation of the environmental

v  To promote research and investment in promoting women and our environmental as whole

v  Protect and enable the development of women s indigenous knowledge system

v  To regulate the management, processing storage and disposal of domestic waste

v  Ensure that proper standards are followed for the storage, transportation and disposal of toxic waste

WIDOW’S RIGHTS

ü  The state parties shall ensure that widows are not subjected to inhuman, humiliating and degrading treatments

ü  Widows shall automatically become a guardian and custodian of her children

ü  Rights to inheritance

ü  Widows shall have the right to an equitable share in the inheritance of the property of her husband

ü  Women and men shall have the right to inherits in equitable shares their parents properties

SPECIAL PROTECTION ELDERLY WOMEN

The state parties should undertake

v  Provide protection to elderly women and take specific measures commensurate with their physical, economics and social needs as well as their access to employment and professional training

v  to ensure freedom from violence including sexual abuse ,  discrimination based on age and the right to the treatment with dignity

SPECIAL PROTECTION OF WOMEN WITH DIS- ABILITY              

State and parties should undertake to

v  Ensure the protection of women with disabilities and take specific measure commensurate with their physical economic and social needs to facilitate their access to employment, professional, vocation training, participation and decision making

v  Freedom from violence from sexual harassments, abuse, discrimination
