GOOD NEWS HOME FOR WOMEN
The Good News Home is a residential treatment center for women desiring to break the bonds of alcohol/chemical addiction and co-occurring disorders. We offer a holistic approach to healing the total woman - mind, body, and spirit - through a comprehensive treatment program without regard to race, religion or the ability to pay.

Addiction Treatment
Our counselors develop a personalized treatment plan for each woman in our care. You receive personalized support to help you to overcome your addiction.
Physical Health
We provide a strong emphasis on improving physical health as a part of our program. A healthy diet, physical exercise at local facilities and nutrition education are all a part of our program.
Life/Coping Skills
We provide a large variety of life skills classes and experiences to help prepare our women for life after treatment. These include classes like financial management, computer skills, and job/education planning.
Spiritual Health
The on-going process of recovery and growth is achieved at Good News Home through a comprehensive non-denominational, spiritually focused program.
Family Support
We provide support to family members and other loved with alcohol/chemical addiction and co-occurring disorders. Learn the dynamics of addiction through open discussion and educational videos. Meetings are free of charge and open to the family members of Good News Home residents and to the general public. To find out more, contact Nancy at 908-806-4220 Ext. 228
Our Program
Before getting clean at Good News Home,
Sunny had become unrecognizable --
"I turned into a completely different person, I lost all morals, all self-respect, my faith in God and my dignity. But slowly and surely, and with the help the incredibly supportive staff at Good News Home, things began to clear…I’m going to be a success story!"
We provide a loving, family environment. Every woman is part of our family -- accepted, encouraged and accountable.
